Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how users of Product Analyzer can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email us at: chistacompany22@gmail.com
In your request, please include the email address used to create your Product Analyzer account. This helps us identify the correct account and process the request.
What data may be deleted
When a valid deletion request is received, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data connected to that account, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, platform, and technical requirements.
Data that may be deleted may include account information, user-provided content, uploaded product images, app usage information connected to the account, and other personal data associated with the account, where applicable.
Data we may need to retain
In some cases, we may need to retain limited information for legitimate reasons, including legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, payment records, tax or accounting obligations, or enforcement of our terms and policies.
Where retention is required, we will retain only the information reasonably necessary for those purposes and only for as long as necessary.
Processing time
We aim to review and process deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the account. If we need additional information to verify or process the request, we may contact the user by email.
Important notes
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to account-related features, history, saved preferences, uploaded content, and other data linked to the account.
Some data may not be recoverable after deletion.
